Nutrition-only coaching that flexes to your health goals — GLP-1 medication support, fatty liver, or general health-focused nutrition.
Protect your muscle & nutrients
Eating less, whether from a GLP-1 medication or not, can mean missing key nutrients, especially protein. I build your meals around what your body needs most.
Manage symptoms with food
Nausea, fatigue, or digestive issues. Whatever the cause, we adjust what and how you eat to help you feel better.
Stay on track with regular check-ins
Follow-ups every 3 weeks for your first 9 weeks, then every 3-4 weeks after. We adjust your plan as your needs change.

Questions come up between appointments. Message me directly through Practice Better and I’ll get back to you.
Who this program is for
This is nutrition-only coaching, with no movement or training component, for people who already have a handle on activity and just need the food side managed properly. It’s a common fit if you’re starting or adjusting a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro and want to protect your muscle and nutrient intake while your appetite changes. It also works well for fatty liver management or general health-focused nutrition where you want a dietitian building and adjusting the plan, not a generic PDF.
What actually changes on GLP-1 medications
Appetite suppression can make it easy to under-eat protein without noticing, which is how muscle loss creeps in alongside fat loss. It’s also common to lose interest in food generally, which can mean missing fiber, electrolytes, and other nutrients your body still needs. Nausea and digestive changes are common too, especially early on or after a dose increase. None of this means the medication is wrong for you — it usually means your eating plan needs to catch up to how your body is responding, which is exactly what this program adjusts for.
How this is different from counting calories
A generic app can tell you a number. It can’t tell you why your energy crashes at 3pm, why protein feels impossible to hit some weeks, or what to do when nausea makes most meals unappealing. That’s the actual work of this program: building a plan around how your appetite and symptoms are behaving right now, then adjusting it as they change, instead of expecting you to force-fit your week into a fixed target.
