A structured, done-with-you program for lasting weight loss.
How the program actually works
A closer look at what happens each week. It’s not just a meal plan. It’s a full system.
Day 1 — Intake forms & your initial assessment
First, you fill out a few quick forms. Then we sit down for a full 1:1 assessment. We talk about your medical history, medications, lifestyle, and goals. We also go through how you currently eat. I use this to show you exactly what to change and how.
Within 7 Days — Your written roadmap & meal plan
You’ll get a written summary of your assessment and what to improve, plus a sample week of eating to show you where to start.
Every Week — A written check-in to stay on track
A short written check-in each week. You share what’s going well and what isn’t. I use it to keep improving your plan.
Every Month — A 1:1 follow-up appointment
A longer conversation. Online, by phone, or in person if you’re in Sudbury. We talk about your progress, your challenges, and what to try next.
Ongoing — Access to exclusive resources
You’ll get resources built to help you work through your own challenges, on your own time.
After Your 16 Weeks — Maintain it with Pay-As-You-Go
When the program ends, most clients don’t need a whole new program to keep their results. Just occasional check-ins. That’s what Pay-As-You-Go is for. No new commitment, just support when you want it.
Is this program right for you?
This program is built for people who’ve already tried generic diet plans, calorie apps, or one-size-fits-all programs and hit a wall. It’s a good fit if you want a real person adjusting your plan as your life actually changes, not a static PDF you’re expected to follow forever. It also works well if you’re managing this alongside a full schedule and need something realistic, or if you want your training and your nutrition coordinated by one person instead of two who don’t talk to each other.
Movement coaching, built in
Alongside your nutrition plan, this program includes movement and strength coaching, built from my own years of experience training and building strength rather than a certification. We work with whatever equipment or space you actually have access to, so you don’t need a gym membership to get started. The goal is one coordinated plan instead of a meal plan and a workout plan that were never designed to work together.
What “exclusive resources” actually means
As you move through the program, you get access to a growing library of resources built directly from patterns I see across clients — things like how to handle eating out without derailing your week, quick resets for the weeks life gets hard, and guidance for the sticking points that come up again and again. They’re built to plug into your specific plan, not generic handouts everyone gets.
Movement coaching is based on my own years of experience building strength. I’m not a certified personal trainer. If you need certified training or physiotherapy, I’ll help you find the right person.
