Not sure a full 16-week program is the right first step? The Kickstart is built for exactly that. One real assessment, two follow-ups, and a plan you can actually act on, before you commit to anything bigger.
A real assessment, not a form
We start with a full 1:1 session covering your history, goals, and how you currently eat. You leave with a written summary and a sample week of eating to start on right away.
Two follow-ups to put it into action
A plan means nothing if it doesn’t survive contact with your real week. Two follow-up sessions let us adjust what’s working and what isn’t, while it’s still fresh.
No long-term commitment
This is a one-time package, not a subscription. When it’s done, you can move into a full program, switch to Pay-As-You-Go, or just take what you’ve learned and go.
Who this is for
The Kickstart is built for people who aren’t ready to commit to a full multi-month program but want more than a generic first session. It’s a good fit if you want to test whether working with a dietitian actually helps before signing up for something bigger, or if you have a specific short-term goal, like getting ready for an event or resetting after a stretch of bad habits, rather than an ongoing chronic condition that needs long-term management.
What happens after your Kickstart ends
There’s no pressure to keep going, and no auto-renewal. Once your two follow-ups are done, you’ll have a written plan and a clear sense of what worked and what didn’t. Some people take that and run with it on their own. Others realize they want more structure and move into the 16-Week Transformation Program or start booking occasional sessions through Pay-As-You-Go. Whichever way you go, nothing carries over automatically — you decide what happens next.
