These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of maxsniderrd.com and the services offered by Max Snider, RD (“we,” “us,” or “this practice”). By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
This website is operated by Max Snider, a Registered Dietitian (RD) regulated by the College of Dietitians of Ontario, based in Sudbury, Ontario. You can reach us at maxsniderrd@gmail.com.
Our services
We provide nutrition coaching and, where noted, movement coaching based on personal training experience rather than a personal training certification. These services are educational and supportive. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider. Always talk to your doctor before making changes that could affect a medical condition or medication.
Booking and payment
Sessions and programs are booked and paid for online at the time of booking. Prices for current programs and sessions are listed on this website and may change from time to time; the price shown at the time you book is the price that applies to you.
Cancellations and bundles
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll find a new time. Bundled sessions (2 or 4 Follow-Ups) are non-refundable once purchased. This is disclosed on the Programs page and again before you complete a bundle purchase.
No medical advice
Nothing on this website, in a session, or in any communication with us is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Reading this website alone does not create a professional relationship with Max Snider, RD. That begins once you book and complete an assessment.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, and program materials, belongs to Max Snider, RD unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
