Nutrition Support for GLP-1 Medications
Get more out of your medication, safely.
Whether you're on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or a similar medication, what you eat still matters. I help you protect muscle, manage side effects, and get the most out of your prescription.
This is nutrition support. It works alongside your doctor's prescription and monitoring. It does not replace their care, and I do not prescribe or manage GLP-1 medications.
Why this is hard to figure out alone
- Your appetite dropped, but you're not sure you're eating enough of the right things.
- You're worried about losing muscle, not just weight.
- Nausea and fullness make it hard to plan meals at all.
A different starting point
GLP-1 medications lower your appetite, but your body still needs enough protein and fiber to protect muscle and stay nourished on a smaller volume of food. The Fuel-First Method adapts to your reduced appetite, prioritizing what matters most in every bite, alongside your prescribing doctor.
Built around your real life
Protects your muscle
A focus on protein, so weight loss doesn't come from muscle you want to keep.
Built for a smaller appetite
Practical meal structure for when eating less feels like the new normal.
Manages side effects
Strategies for nausea, fullness, and food aversions that come with the medication.
Works with your prescriber
Fits alongside your doctor's prescription and monitoring. Never a replacement for it.

I've been where you are
I lost 60+ lbs myself using the same Fuel-First Method I build into every program: real food first, not willpower. That's not a sales pitch. It's why I became a Registered Dietitian in the first place.
Max Snider is a Registered Dietitian (RD), regulated by the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

No. Medication is between you and your prescribing doctor. My role is the nutrition side: protecting muscle, managing side effects, and building meals that work with a smaller appetite.
The medication lowers appetite, but it doesn't guarantee you're eating enough protein or fiber. Without that, you can lose muscle along with fat. A plan makes sure what you do eat counts.
Yes. These are common with GLP-1 medications. We adjust meal size, timing, and texture to work with your side effects, not against them.
We build habits and a way of eating that hold up with or without the medication, so the plan doesn't fall apart if your prescription changes.
No. This is open to anyone currently using a GLP-1 medication, regardless of who prescribed it.
