The Fuel-First Method — not another diet
Most programs fail because they fight your hunger. The Fuel-First Method eliminates it structurally. The foundation is the 30-1 Method: 30g of daily fiber and 1g of protein per pound of goal body weight. When your body is actually fuelled, cravings quiet down, energy goes up, and fat loss stops being a daily battle. No restriction. No cutting food groups. No white-knuckling it.

We start with a full 90-minute deep dive covering health history, bloodwork, how you eat, and how you live. Your meal plan and training program are built from that conversation, not from a template. You leave Session 1 with a clear plan and a first week that feels genuinely doable.

This is where the 30-1 Method stops feeling like something you’re doing and starts feeling like how you just eat. Meal rhythm, habit layering, and your progressive training program all compound together. The goal is to make the right choices the easy ones.
