The Fuel-First Method — not another diet

Most programs fail because they fight your hunger. The Fuel-First Method eliminates it structurally. The foundation is the 30-1 Method: 30g of daily fiber and 1g of protein per pound of goal body weight. When your body is actually fuelled, cravings quiet down, energy goes up, and fat loss stops being a daily battle. No restriction. No cutting food groups. No white-knuckling it.

Understand your body, build your plan

We start with a full 90-minute deep dive covering health history, bloodwork, how you eat, and how you live. Your meal plan and training program are built from that conversation, not from a template. You leave Session 1 with a clear plan and a first week that feels genuinely doable.

Weeks 5–8

Make it your default, not your effort

This is where the 30-1 Method stops feeling like something you’re doing and starts feeling like how you just eat. Meal rhythm, habit layering, and your progressive training program all compound together. The goal is to make the right choices the easy ones.

Weeks 9–12

Handle real life without losing ground

Restaurants, travel, busy weeks, social pressure. These are where most programs fall apart. We build your ability to navigate all of it. When your body hits a plateau or life gets messy, you know exactly what to shift and why. No panic. No starting over.

Weeks 13–16

Keep the results. Make it your life.

By the end of 16 weeks, you understand your body well enough to self-correct, stay consistent, and hold your results without depending on a plan. For clients who want ongoing accountability and support, the optional Maintenance Membership is available to keep the momentum going long term.

No. Your training program can be designed for a gym or for home, depending on your preferences and equipment access.

Yes. Many clients join to lose body fat, build muscle, and improve health markers. The program is structured to support sustainable fat loss while maintaining strength and energy.

You’ll need time for your your dietitian appointments (30 minutes a month) workouts (typically 3–4 sessions per week) and a few minutes for weekly check-ins. The program is structured for busy adults and built to fit real life.

Dietitian services are often covered through extended health benefits in Ontario. Receipts are provided for eligible nutrition sessions.
