No. Your training program can be designed for a gym or for home, depending on your preferences and equipment access.

Yes. Many clients join to lose body fat, build muscle, and improve health markers. The program is structured to support sustainable fat loss while maintaining strength and energy.

You’ll need time for your your dietitian appointments (30 minutes a month) workouts (typically 3–4 sessions per week) and a few minutes for weekly check-ins. The program is structured for busy adults and built to fit real life.

Dietitian services are often covered through extended health benefits in Ontario. Receipts are provided for eligible nutrition sessions.
