Follow-up session

Progress check, plan adjustments, troubleshooting. Book one when you need it, or as many as you want.
Online personal training

Custom programming delivered online. Train on your schedule with a plan built around your nutrition goals.
In-person training

One-on-one training sessions at a Sudbury location. Pair with dietitian sessions for the full picture.

As a Registered Dietitian regulated by the College of Dietitians of Ontario, my services are billable through most Ontario extended health benefit plans.

Most plans cover between $300–$1,500 per year for dietitian services. Call the number on the back of your benefits card and ask about “registered dietitian” coverage.
