Here’s What I Think
You Deserve Better Health Before You Get Sick
You deserve support long before your health becomes a problem, not just after. Working inside the healthcare system taught me that most people don’t get help until they’re already overwhelmed, symptomatic, or burnt out. Appointments were rushed, reactive, and focused on managing issues instead of preventing them. I felt like a robot moving people through a system that didn’t give them enough time, clarity, or structure to actually change their health. It didn’t feel meaningful, and it didn’t feel human.
My own turning point came when I realized I had to take control of my health long before the system ever would. I was exhausted, inconsistent, stressed, and slipping into habits that were slowly catching up with me. Fixing my nutrition, building strength, improving my routines, and taking responsibility for my health changed everything. My confidence, my mindset, my energy, and my life. That experience shaped my mission today: to give people the support, structure, and coaching I wish I had earlier, so they can build better health proactively instead of waiting for a wake-up call.

My Dietitian Journey
How I Got Here
I started personal training back in 2018, still in high school, after spending years trying to figure out how to build strength, confidence, and healthier habits on my own. The gym quickly became the first place where I felt capable. A place where effort actually turned into progress. Helping others train felt natural to me even as a teenager, and it became obvious early on that health and fitness were going to be more than just hobbies. They were the first step toward building a career where I could genuinely help people change their lives.

That passion for fitness is what led me to pursue dietetics. I wanted to combine nutrition, training, and science in a way that would allow me to work professionally in the world of health. I believed dietetics would give me the tools, knowledge, and credibility to help people at a deeper level. Not just with workouts, but with the nutrition and lifestyle habits that truly drive long-term results. I went all in, convinced that becoming a Registered Dietitian would be my path to making a meaningful impact.
But when I stepped into the healthcare system, the reality didn’t match the vision. Appointments were rushed, outcomes were reactive, and I felt more like a cog in a machine than someone actually helping people move forward. The system wasn’t built for preventative care or long-term change. It was built to manage issues after they became problems. I found myself giving good advice but not having the time, tools, or structure to support people in actually implementing it. And despite my best intentions, it didn’t feel like I was making the impact I’d worked so hard for.

Somewhere in the process, I started losing control of my own health too. Long hours, stress, poor sleep, skipped meals, and inconsistent training. The same issues my clients struggled with were starting to show up in my life. I felt tired, unfocused, and disconnected from the person I wanted to be. Fixing my health required stepping back and rebuilding my habits from the ground up: fueling properly, creating structure, training consistently, and taking responsibility for my routine. That personal transformation is what reshaped my entire philosophy on coaching. I realized people don’t need more information, they need systems, support, and accountability.
That realization pushed me to leave traditional healthcare and build something better. I took the personal training business I started as a kid and reshaped it into a private practice that combines evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and real-world coaching. Today, I help busy adults and athletes create structure, improve their health, build strength, and feel better in their daily lives. Using the exact type of support I once needed myself. My goal is simple: to give people the kind of preventative, personalized guidance that helps them thrive long before they reach a breaking point.
